5.2. Data collected

Two forms may collect data:

Contact form (Contact page): last name, first name, email, phone number if provided, free-form message and information about the project.

Resource download forms (blog articles): the fields shown on the form, depending on the resource offered — in practice, at least email and first name, and where applicable last name, phone number, company or other information explicitly requested.

For these resource forms, two consents are collected: processing of data to deliver the resource, and — where applicable — agreement to be contacted by Nualt about the request or about offers related to the article read.

5.3. Purpose of processing

Contact form: to answer requests, qualify projects and handle the exchanges needed for a possible collaboration.

Resource forms: to allow the download or delivery of the requested resource (PDF or related document), keep a record of requests, and — if you have consented — contact you about your request or about offers related to the article’s content.

The data is not transferred to or used commercially by any third party, apart from the technical processors listed below.

5.4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the user’s consent when submitting the form or sending the email (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

5.5. Retention period

Contact form: data passes through Resend for email delivery, then is kept in Nualt’s mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request, and no longer than 3 years after the last exchange.

Resource forms: responses are stored in a secure database (see § 5.6) for 3 years from submission, unless you ask for earlier deletion. Confirmation or resource delivery emails follow the same retention logic in Nualt’s mailbox.

5.6. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by the following technical providers, within the limits of their services:

• Resend, Inc. — email delivery (EU region).
• Vercel Inc. — site hosting and storage of downloadable files (PDF resources).
• Neon Tech, Inc., database hosting in the European Union for resource form submissions and proof of your consent choices.
• PostHog, audience measurement and error tracking, hosted in the European Union.
• Cloudflare, Inc., protection of the contact and resource download forms against bots via Turnstile, which processes your IP address for that purpose.

No data is sold for commercial purposes.

5.7. Security and hosting

All communications are encrypted over HTTPS and protected by security measures in line with European standards.

Every user has the right to access, rectify, object to, erase and port their data.

To exercise these rights, send your request to bonjour@nualt.fr. You will receive a response within 30 days at most.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact and resource download forms from bots and processes your IP address for that purpose. As it is strictly necessary for form security, it works without asking for your consent.

We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to measure site traffic. Without your consent, these statistics are anonymous, your IP address is not stored and they cannot identify you. No cookie or analytics storage is placed on your device without your consent.

With your consent, a cookie and local storage link your visits together. With your consent, we also record how your visit unfolds, your clicks and your scrolling, without the content you type into forms, to improve the site. We use no advertising.

Analytics data is kept for 25 months at most.

Your choice is remembered for 365 days through storage required for consent. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

Proof of your consent choice is stored in a database hosted in the European Union. It includes your IP address, information about your browser, your language and the date of your choice.
